I love soups, and mushroom is a favorite. My interest usually wanes in warm weather, but this one looks like an exception! Lovely choice for a reblog, Suzanne. Mega hugs!
I also tend to shy away from soups during the summer, I am not a lover of the heat and hot soup when it’s hot and sticky out is not my favorite thing. This soup sounds so delicious can’t wait for a cool day to make it.
I love Mushroom soup and this one looks so good. Mumbai is having a deluge of rains and this would be perfect for the weather we are having. 🙂
