Happy St. Patricks Day
I just want to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy St. Patricks day. I have not cooked anything to commemorate this lovely holiday. I have a very nasty cold and have lost my sense of taste, and work has been crazy busy. I hope all of you enjoy the day, have some wonderful food enjoyed with family and friends and may you all have the luck of the Irish. I will leave you with a few gorgeous photo’s of Ireland I got off the internet. La Fhelle Padraig Sona Daoibh!
Luck of the Irish! Yes! Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Happy St. Paddy’s Day to you my friend!
Happy St. Patricks Day Suzanne! I am part Irish and have been to Ireland…it is truly a beautiful place with the friendliest people I’ve ever met! Hope you feel better really soon!
Thank you so much and same to you. I have never been but it’s the top of my list for places to visit. I have many Irish friends and they are the warmest, nicest people.
Yes, they are. I didn’t want to leave. It’s very cold though…brrrrr π
I’ve heard it can get bone chilling cold their but I can certainly understand why you wouldn’t want to leave, all that beauty. Simply gorgeous!
Hope you feel better. We’re having corned beef and cabbage tonight. Love to all.

I very Happy St. Patrick’s Day to you too, my friend. We were in Ireland for an all-too-brief vacation a few years ago. Thanks for posting such beautiful photos of the Emerald Isle π

Thanks Cindy, Ireland is so beautiful I want to go there.
Hope you are feeling better Suzanne. Loved the photographs. I’d like to visit Ireland too – all the soft greens and old stones – so beautiful!
Thank you, I know the lush green landscape and I love the stone, it’s just incredibly beautiful.
I enjoyed the photos of Ireland…it is a lovely country to visit. Hope you are feeling better soon.
Thanks Karen!
I missed out on corned beef and hash this year. Bummer! I am jealous now π
Me too, couldn’t taste anything and didn’t want to waste a good corned beef so the photo is from last year. I will make it when I am well. Thanks.
That is a bummer! Ya, who says we can’t make Irish food even when it’s not St. Patty’s Day!? π
LOL, that’s so right. I will have a delayed Irish meal!
sorry to hear about your cold – it’s absolutely horrible when you lose your sense of taste – I tend to blow everyone’s heads off by way over-spicing things when that happens to me π Get well soon π
I know, I either over or under spice it’s a lost cause. I just stay away from cooking when this happens. Hate it!!
Happy St. Patty’s day (late!). We didn’t go anywhere or even have corned beef. I know what a sin π I actually wait until it goes on sale afterwards. Before they up the price so bad, I just won’t pay it!! xoxo
They do jack up the prices before the holiday don’t they! Corned beef is good any time at all, doesn’t have to be St Paddy’s day. Thanks and enjoy!
