Strawberry Freezer Jam

I had to reblog this, before this I had never heard of freezer jam. I miss the freshness of fruit that is lost in the cooking process, here is the answer to that. Thank you Dyanna!!

  1. Thanks for reblogging this, Suzanne. When Dyanna said she would post her recipe, I was afraid I would miss it. And without this, I would have.
I made freezer jam once in my teens… Mine was not too bad but not great. This looks and sounds great. Hugs all around.

  2. My grandmother used to make freezer jam but honestly, it hadn’t occurred to me that it was a no-cook type of thing – brilliant! Next stop, my neighbor’s peach tree.
