I want to thank Cupcake Artist for nominating me for this wonderful award. I truly appreciate it. I am sorry this is a little late being posted, I have been crazy busy with work and have had very little time to post anything, but I did want to acknowledge this and let her know how thankful I am and truly appreciative. 6. I am not what could be classified as an “adventurous eater” no, intestines, brains, eyeballs etc… although I do love escargot!!

Congratulations to you Suzanne! I too love scary/horror movies, my favorite! Probably explains why Halloween is my favorite holiday. I just recently started reading Cottage Grove House and I really like her!
Oh yes love Halloween, my Father started me on Horror films at age 5 so I grew up watching them. I know love Cottage Grove House, well I love so many blogs they are truly an inspiration.Thanks so much Suzie!

Thanks Julian, I LOVE to cook but really enjoy cooking for others more than myself, part of it is that I really dislike cleaning the kitchen afterwards, a bit lazy when it comes to that. I enjoy cheese,wine and fruit or tartine or sandwich but I do occasionally make something quick and easy salad, fish etc..
Oh I love that you watch Dexter in Europe, it’s the best show, wouldn’t miss it!

I appreciate the recognition and coming from you I am honored. 🙂 Also…I can not believe your favorite movie is Rosemary’s Baby! OMGosh! I am such a wuss when it comes to horror films. I saw this movie in 1974 when (ok…I’m dating myself now) I was like 12! I always love to meet and talk to people who love horror films! That is such a fun and interesting fact about you. 🙂
It’s true people I know are shocked at my love of horror but I am not talking about those stupid slasher films, I like what I consider the good ones, classics, The Omen, Rosemary’s Baby, some really old films like Frankenstein (Karloff) I could go on and on, love them. It is fun right finding out more about people we know!! Can’t wait to read your fun facts!! Thanks so much.

That said, Rosemary’s Baby is one of the best and creepiest movies out there and among my favorites too. This was fun, wish you have listed more things about yourself.
Yes horror is my favorite but good movies. Going to see Conjuring Friday, can’t wait. Rosemary’s baby is one of the most perfectly made movies ever, everything about it. Polanski is a genius. Thanks Azita, sorry you are gobsmacked, LOL!!!!!

Dexter, yes I am dying to know what will happen after last weeks shocker I can’t stand the suspense. I have watched it from the beginning and am totally obsessed with the show. I hope TWC who is threatening to drop showtime as soon as next week makes a deal. Don’t know what I will do if this happens, YIKES!!!
Oh no, dropping Showtime right in the middle of the last season? That would be THE WORST. I’ve also watched from the beginning. I don’t think any season will ever live up to the Trinity KIller season, but this one is pretty great!
I know I am already trying to figure out how I will watch if there is no more showtime. My friend said she will let me watch with her via skype worse come to worse. I totally agree the Trinity season was mind blowing and such a shocker. My favorite!!

A little late to the game. Cograts Suzanne! And thank you so much for nominating me! I’ve said this so many times before, but being acknowledged by a fellow blogger is one of the greatest honors. At first I was shocked that you love horror movies. You don’t seem like the type. But then again, I don’t seem like the type to go to punk concerts (I’ve toned it down since hitting 30) and in the same breath get overly sappy about romantic comedies. It’s the surprises that make us exciting. But you really need to fix that cooking for yourself thing. I also love cooking for others, but sometimes when I’m home alone, it’s wonderful to spend hours of fuss just on me. Treat yourself–you deserve it!
Thanks so much, how funny about the punk thing. I also used to go to punk concerts all the time and was really into the music of the 80’s. Yes, horror is my genre I watch horror all the time, it’s true no one would guess it, I really don’t seem like the type. I do cook for me occasionally but mostly like easy, little clean up type food for me. Funny thing is I cook every single day for my dogs. Thanks so much.

I love the show Dexter and horror movies too! You should see The Conjuring, you won’t be able to sleep for days it’s so scary!

Yaaay, congratulations on the award Suzanne!! You deserve all of the recognition that you get. I’ve never seen Rosemary’s Baby, but I’ve heard it’s one of the great classics of the genre! Hm, I need to visit the DVD store… 🙂 Oh, and eggs benedict. You are a woman of great taste xx

Oh! We have more in common! I love horror movies and Dexter too! However, I never continued watching Dexter and have so much to catch up on! Can’t believe it’s still on (I “never” watch TV, but made time for Dexter and Downton Abbey!) Have to catch up on all your posts that I missed while I was on vacation 😉
Oh another horror movie fan, YAY!!! Love Dexter, so sad this is the last season but kink in the road, my cable provider (time warner cable) cut showtime (greedy bastards) so no Dexter. I am able to see it though thanks to a friend of mine. What is your favorite horror film?
